With over 35 years experience in the Industry, James Wharry has a wide range of knowledge with Commercial Roof Consulting, Historic Renovation, Restoration, Project Management, Estimating and Research. Mr. Wharry has dedicated his professional life to the study of Commercial Roofing, from turn-key project management to affordable custom database documentation. He has been the designer and project manager of numerous major roofing and waterproofing projects. Mr. Wharry has been accepted as an expert witness for court.
